Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 30 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have not been altered in any way, and have the original tags intact. Returns must be shipped/postmarked within the 30 day period from date of receipt. Exchanges can only be offered for the same style in a different colour or size. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process from the date the refund has been authorised. 

PLEASE NOTE - Adding a monogram will mean your shirt cannot be returned, so please contact our customer service team if you have any queries re fit, etc, we would be more than happy to help you make your selection.

Magazines cannot be returned.

FOR ANY UK RETURNS (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND) PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE AS WE WILL NEED TO SEND YOU SOME INFORMATION WHICH WILL NEED TO BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for import charges incurred on a return when contact has not been made to complete the correct documentation. Any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.   

How to return an item

Download, print and complete our return form. Package up your return securely and post back to us using your preferred mail or courier service. Please remember to use a service which offers a recorded option as the goods will remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
